宏藝空間荣幸呈献深圳本土艺术家李勇尚顿个展自觉的图像意识 FAITH IN IMAGE》,此次展览展示艺术家从2017至2021这四年间不同时期创作的油画和装置作品23件。此次展览将持续到8月22日。 



艺术家李勇尚顿出身于伊犁,成长于汉中,作为求学于西美的艺术信徒,坚持绘画是自我的观察并依靠独立的自觉进行创作,他有意识地将注意力转向自己的主观世界转向自我暗示,试图解绑色彩图像以外的维度,并融入生活。

以下引用李勇尚顿的一位艺术家好友應麥可为其撰写的一篇文章,带大家深入了解李勇尚顿的创作。



回看艺术史的几百年来,对自然的模仿,是人们高高举起的旗帜。以西画的角度,从古典主义开始,历经了印象主义、后印象派、新印象主义、野兽主义、表现主义和立体主义的逐步演进。其中具象表现主义至今仍然深刻地影响着大量创作者们,李勇尚顿早期创作也曾一度执迷于对对象的描绘,而来到深圳后这十年,他的形式和内容都在悄然变化。深圳高速发展的经济、科技带给人们思想解放和观念转变,文化产业和艺术市场也风起云涌。同时,现代艺术表现形式的发展也愈显多样性与包容性,如抽象表现、公共艺术、新媒体艺术等等。在这一背景下,李勇尚顿通过长期的探索,在创作上获得了全新的视角和方法,逐渐弱化绘画技巧,坚持自己独特的创作方式。

他逐渐抽离画面中的具象,以微妙的色块、线条,融入道家的五行元素,通过各种铺陈、穿插和叠加來造成多维的视觉,赋予画面以能量,或温暖,或清冽、或深邃、或高远。无论作者如何控制、取舍、设置,我们也能从作品感知李勇尚顿在西北的成长痕迹、曾经作为室内及陈设设计师的观念、跟现在一脉相承的创作气息。
李勇尚顿善于提炼捕捉日常细微导入精神截面直指本质本源,恣意纵横,举重若轻。他通过与材料媒介长时间的专注地交流实践与反复修正,务求理想。那种简洁丰富会令观者顷刻安静下来,拨开纷繁世俗的表象云雾,引领观者,穿透心灵,通往本真。

上世纪瑞士包豪斯学者马克思-比尔说,艺术作品对人们有影响,这个事实已经被证明。努力通过颜色、状态、创作思想,一些激励的事物,比如激活、安静、专心和和谐,使画作的积极影响施加于观赏者;一种修养应该能激起对于空间和大小的新的意识、新的知识和情感。
我想, 李勇尚顿作品所传递的也是这样的能量和影响,在看画观展的过程中,我们可以经历与作者创作过程中所经历的情感,在其帮助下,观赏者分享了创作的快乐,并受到激发、安慰和鼓励,欣赏美的同时得到美的熏陶及治疗。
李勇尚顿近年在切入视角及创作方法论的转变探索是值得的。我们期待他继续秉持对世界对艺术的虔诚与童真,不断实践,不断超越维度,提升高度。應麥可2021.06.15





Great Art Space is honored to present the solo exhibition "FAITH IN IMAGE" by Shenzhen local artist Li Yong. The exhibition will display 23 oil paintings and installation works created by Li Yong in different periods from 2017 to 2021. And the exhibition will last until August 22.
Artist Li Yong was born in lli, Xinjiang, and grew up in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province. As an art believer who studied western art, he insists that painting is self-observation and relying on independent self-consciousness to create. Li Yong consciously turns his attention to his subjective world, then self-suggestion, trying to untie the dimensions beyond the color image, and integrate them into life.  The following is a quote from an article written by Ying Maike, an artist friend of Li Yong, giving an in-depth understanding of the creation of artist Li Yong.

Looking back at the history of art for hundreds of years, the imitation of nature is the banner that people held high. From the perspective of Western painting, starting from Classicism, it has experienced the gradual evolution of Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Neo-Impressionism, Fauvism, Expressionism, and Cubism. Among them, Figurative Expressionism still has a profound impact on a large number of creators. Li Yong’s early creations were once obsessed with the description of objects. But in the past ten years, after he came to Shenzhen, his form and content have been changing quietly.


The rapid development of the economy and technology in Shenzhen has brought people ideological liberation and conceptual change, and the cultural industry and art market are also booming. At the same time, the development of modern art expression forms is more diverse and inclusive, such as abstract expression, public art, new media art, and so on. In this context, Li Yong has gained a brand new perspective and method in his creation through long-term exploration, gradually weakening his painting skills and insisting on his unique design style.

Li Yong pulls away from the abstract techniques little by little and integrates the five elements of Taoism with colors and lines, infused his paintings with more aspects and deeper meanings. No matter how the author controls and sets up his works, we can also perceive Li Yong’s growing trace in the northwest, his concept of being an interior and furnishing designer, and his continuous stream of creativity.
He is good at capturing daily details and refining them, pointing to the essence. He expresses his ideas through long-term research and the modification of selected materials again and again. Li Yong's expression is terse, and without overlapping information, audiences can better understand his expression and have a deeper level of thinking.

Max Bill, a Bauhaus scholar from Switzerland, said that the work of arts affects people, and this is a proven truth. Artists use colors, creative thinking, and other inspiring things to convey positive thoughts to the audience. In hence, the audience can get a positive influence from their paintings.


In my opinion, Li Yong’s works also convey such energy and influence. When we appreciate the paintings, we can experience the changes of emotions in the process of creation. After that, we can receive inspiration, comfort, and encouragement from Li Yong’s paintings.


It is undoubtedly worth it that Li Yong changed his creating methods in recent years. We expect him to continue to uphold the piety and innocence of the world and art, keep practicing and constantly transcend his dimensions, also improve his height.
